Make it freeware - there are other programs that do just the same and more that you can get for free.

Since programs that do that and more, I suggest you süend your time developing software people actually need.

Include the ability to add more information to the audio files tag such as album covers, images of the artist performing etc

At least the information that is present isn't deleted when converting like some audio converters

Allow the user to save the output settings for the output format, bitrate, rate in hertz, audio channel and output folder via the options menu, otherwise revert all settings to factory settings each time the program is restarted.

As it stands all settings remain the same as when you last started the program. IMO it would be much better to revert back to default settings, or at least include a button that reverts them to factory settings otherwise my new conversions...

Include the option to save the converted files in the input folder without having to browse. add it to a drop down menu.

Each time you include a new output file, automatically add it to the as yet non existant drop down menu so that next time you want to add files to that position you can select it quickly and therefore to speed up the conversion process.

Enable the user to listen to the audio file before it's actually converted and make comparisons between the before and after files.

Include a full suite of media conversion tools such as image and video conversion tools. A all-round program would be very welcome. :)

Allow more than one occurance of the software to run

This would enable multiple formats to be converted to different formats at the same time. although it would be a rare usage, it would still be nice to be able to have the option.

Enable the user to change settings during conversion. at present once conversion has started you can't change any setting

If you try to change while files are being converted the program stops convering, tohugh appears to still be converting. The resultant files have 0bytes

(not saying welsh is an obscure language in the UK, but worldwide it is)

Create a network version so that you are able to convert audio files using the program from a central computer.

This would save having to install the program on all the computers on a home network, or at least on those computers that are likely to use such a program. Much like the option to have a portable version, only a network version would be more...

This is far too much - Reduce the price to a reasonable $10 to $15.

There's a recession on, many users cannot justify spending so much on a converter, especially when there are decent freeware ones available.

Change the installation path, at present it's pointed at the root directory. It should go to the program files folder.

The program opens the developers page without permission when the program is installed to my computer. The developer should set it so that permission is asked before directing my browser to their site.

It's common courtesy to ask. some may argue that we are getting it for free, so lve with it, but I disagree. Permission should be sought.

Uncheck the install a shortcut to the quick launch bar. This is checked by default. Most users prefer not to have a shortcut in the quick launch bar.

Wouldn't it be better to be able to convert any audio format to any other audio format instead of just Wav files to convert?

At least you do allow conversion to other file formats such as ogg, flac, WMA

Include surround sound formats such as 3:1, 4:1, 5:1 and 7:1 to the audio channel selections. At the moment we only get mono and stereo.

I play most of my music via my computer now, and use a 5:1 set up, so it would be ideal if I could ustilize the set up when playing converted files.

Make this a portable application so that i can save on resources. It would also save me having to install to each computer on my home network

Flash drives are now quite large and are able to accomodate many programs, so there,s no reason why users can't expect to see portable versions of such software.

Include a proper help menu that's installed to the computer; not have my browser opened and directed to the developers site.

There's no reason why a help file shouldn't be included wth programs; it seems like laziness not to include one. Plus the developer does not ask for permission to open a browser.
