Allow the user to save the output settings for the output format, bitrate, rate in hertz, audio channel and output folder via the options menu, otherwise revert all settings to factory settings each time the program is restarted.

As it stands all settings remain the same as when you last started the program. IMO it would be much better to revert back to default settings, or at least include a button that reverts them to factory settings otherwise my new conversions may get installed to a previously selected folder because I'd forgotten to change it. At least if we know that every time we use the program we have to select the various attributes there will be no confusion about accidentally forgetting to reset specific attributes. (I hope this makes sense?)
