Enable the user to create discreet folders via the program so that converted files are copied to that folder rather than having to create them first.

At present you can only direct the saved folders to what's already present, the program doesn't allow the user to create anew folder apart from the one that's defaulted with the program, i.e. C>storage>WAV to MP3>Output. We should be able to change this so that the files are installed to new folders. We can select pre created folders via the browse facility, but that doesn't include creation of new folders automatically, they have to be created manually by the user before you convert.
